City of Los Angeles Adult Exiter Satisfaction Survey 2012-13

The City of Los Angeles Workforce Investment Board contracted with California State University, Northridge to conduct a customer satisfaction study of previously enrolled participants who exited from its eighteen WorkSource Centers in the last quarter of the 2012-13 program year. The results of the survey show high levels of satisfaction on average (8.5 on a 10 point scale) and substantial variation between centers. Satisfaction was related to: whether or not participants found jobs: the level of help centers provided in assisting the participants to find job; how the jobs compared to the participants’ previous job: and staff performance. In this report we provide a detailed analysis of the results, including data for each WorkSource Center.
