10th Annual Environmental and Occupational Health Technical Symposium 2015: Drinking Water Policy in California: Environmental & Occupational Health Aspects

On behalf of the Environmental and Occupational Health (EOH) alumni, faculty, and students of California State University Northridge, and our sponsors, we welcome you to our 10th Annual EOH Technical Symposium. We hope that you will find today's program to be of great value. As California residents face increasingly dry conditions, numerous adjustments have been made, and will continue to be made, to water and wastewater policy. This Environmental and Occupational Health Symposium will address the latest issues in statewide and local water supplies, groundwater management and water contamination. Our proposed program includes speakers in water and wastewater policy, water delivery, drinking-water contaminants and regulations, and alternative water sources, among others. Our Symposium brings together scientists, industry professionals, government consultants, and policy experts to consider the impact of the drought on the environment. A stellar line-up for today's event promises an interesting and informative day. Proceeds from the EOH Technical Symposium are used to promote student educational events, scholarships, and the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health. We hope you enjoy today's symposium and will join us for future events.
