dc.description.abstract The CSUN Department of Geological Sciences, housed in the College of Science and Mathematics, offers a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) in Geology and Geophysics. The Department undertook a self-study (submitted March 2017), followed by an external review in April 2017. The external reviewers were Dr. Diane Clemons-Knott of Cal State Fullerton, and Dr. Jonathan A. Nourse of Cal Poly Pomona. The Department’s MOU meeting occurred on November 16, 2017. Follow-up will occur at one and three years. Their next program review cycle will culminate in a new self-study, external review, and MOU in AY 2022-2023. en_US
