Proceedings for the 10th Annual Environmental and Occupational Health Technical Symposium 2015: Drinking Water Policy in California: Environmental & Occupational Health Aspects

The technical symposium, Drinking Water Policy in California: Environmental & Occupational Health Aspects, was developed to address the issue of increasing drought in California and the impact drought is having on water and wastewater policy. The symposium brought together professionals, academics and policy experts to discuss water and wastewater policy, groundwater management, water delivery, drinking water contaminants, and alternative water sources. Graduate students from the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health created and presented posters on the environmental health effects of different water contaminants and an evaluation of the regulations pertaining to the contaminant.
