How Can Data Be Gathered in a Responsible Way to Improve Performance in Service Provision at the North Los Angeles County Regional Center?

The purpose of this graduate project is to explore the responsible gathering and application of data in improving nonprofit service provision at the North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC). Data is often incorporated into business functions and industry and is, further, acknowledged as a vital tool in enhancing production. However, the application of data in government organizations is still limited. Adopting a qualitative research approach, data will be collected based on a sample from (NLACRC) to attain the purpose of the research. The case study design using in-depth interview will be used to gather the required data. Random sampling will be used to select respondents for the study. The data will be analyzed using thematic analysis for qualitative data. The results will be reported in the form of quotes from the qualitative data.
