School District vs. School Site Ethics: Los Angeles County

Ethic is a moral philosophy of what is right and wrong. Ethical decisions are made all the time by public agencies. This paper will look into the importance of ethics and how it affect their stakeholders. It will look at public administrators in school districts at headquarter as well as school sites. The research will be using a qualitative method because ethic is not a quantitative things. Ethic is more of one's judgement and everyone has different levels of it according to their background. A survey will be conducted to have a better understand of public organizations in school districts. It will be analyzed as a whole and separately. It would be recommended to use the survey in each public organizations to under how their stakeholders see their own organization to better their ethical choices.
