Abstract:

The City of Los Angeles Workforce Investment Board contracted with California State University Northridge to conduct a survey of adult employers that received services from the WorkSource Centers in the 2010-11 program year. The survey is part of a performance management system known as SOFA which includes four components: customer Satisfaction, Outcomes, Flow, and Administration. This survey of employers served by the WorkSource Centers is part of the “Satisfaction” measure.
