Los Angeles OneSource System: Youth Employers: Customer Satisfaction Survey 2011-2012

The Consulting Center at the College of Business and Economics, California State University, Northridge, contracted with the city to conduct a satisfaction survey of youth employers that participated in the OneSource Centers’ Youth Program in the 2010-2011 and 2011-12 program years. We reported the 2010-2011 PY analysis in an earlier report.1 For this 2011-2012 PY we shortened the questionnaire somewhat and collected data on overall satisfaction, satisfaction with various elements of the program, type of involvement in the program, and on some demographic information about the company (type of industry, number of employees, respondents’ role in the company, and years of participation in the program). We also investigated how the company first learned about the program.
