City of Los Angeles Worksource System: Exited Adult Participant: Customer Satisfaction Survey

The City of Los Angeles Workforce Investment Board contracted with California State University, Northridge to conduct a customer satisfaction study of previously enrolled participants who exited from its eighteen WorkSource Centers in the last quarter of the 2011-12 program year. The results of the survey show high levels of satisfaction on average (8.5 on a 10 point scale) and substantial variation between centers. Satisfaction related to whether or not participants found jobs, the level of help centers provided in assisting the participants find jobs, how the jobs compared to the participants’ previous job, and staff performance. In this report we provide a detailed analysis of the results, including data for each WorkSource Center.
