dc.description.abstract The Pan African Studies Department's annual assessment report to the College for the Office of Academic Assessment. Debate Presentations were used to measure students’ skills in researching and analyzing data on African American families. Students were required to research critical topics affecting the Black community and develop evidenced based arguments to support their claims.
