Los Angeles County represents many different departments that help better our community by making it safe and enjoyable place for the public that resides in LA County. There are constantly new projects that are brought upon the Board and coming up with ways with bettering our community. Los Angeles County employs about 61,900 employees to help ensure efficiency to our public. It is Human Resource's obligation to be ensuring to promote efficient public servants that have good ethical leadership and the same goal that Los Angeles County has to promote great public service to the community. A moderate-sized Los Angeles County department is analyzed with a mixed-methods approach that uses quantitative data taken from the employees themselves within different levels of titles which are based on their biased opinion on what is expected of them and what their method of efficiency consists of. This will help us gain a better understanding on what a small section of public servants opinionate of what is expected.
